MANILA — Veteran rapper-actor Andrew E. and wife Mylene Espiritu celebrated their 16th anniversary on Wednesday. The 48-year-old “Dolce Amore” actor took to Instagram to express his love and gratitude to his wife for staying with him through “16 sweet years” — and counting. “As we love and grow and learn to be like friends to one another, helping who needs help and caring to who needs care, when there’s sand on my eye, you blow it away, and when there’s wound on your skin, I cure it away… that’s our humble style of love, that’s our way of loving, that’s our gesture of love and friendship,” he wrote. He also noted that this is also what their three “little treasures” — Fordy, Jassley, Ichiro — see from them “and that feeds love to their hearts and minds.” The couple were married on March 9, 2000.
